of the Naturall affection w.ch I bear unto my Dearly
Beloved Brother Isaac Bowles & Mary his wife of the
same County and Province Maryner and for Divers others
Considerations me more Easpeacially moving doe give

Brother Isaac Bowles and Mary his wife for and during
their Naturall lives and affter their Decease unto Isaac
Bowles Jun.r y.e Son of Isaac and Mary Bowles and

a Certaine Tract or parcell of Land Containing
three hundred Acres Comonly Called or Known by the
name of Comeggys Farme latly in the Tenure and occupation
of Cornelious Comeggys of Kent County
