This Indenture made this twenty six day of March
Anno Domini 1690 Between John Winchester his Heires
Execut.rs Administ.rs of Talbott County in the Province
of Mary Land planter of the one pty and Edward James
his Heires or assignes of ther part wittnesseth y.t the
sayd John Winchester doe for themselves their
Heires Execut.rs and Administ.rs fully and Clearely Exonerate
and discharge he sayd Edward James his
Heires Execut.rs and Administ.rs of and from the same
have granted bargained sold Enfeofed Confirmed
and by these p.rsents grant bargaine sell Enfeoffe
Confirme unto him y.e sayd Edward James his Heires
and assignes all it pcell of Land Comonly called
and Known by the name of Begining att the first
bounded Tree In the pattent namd and then Butted &
bounded to Pattent to which being had and
made may more att large appear being formerly
sayd acct for John Winchester seign scituate
on the Island of Kent near Luff poynt in Kent
County Together w.th all woods and underwoods
Trees Timber Trees and watridg free Egress and
Regress from and into the same as also all other
profitts priviledges and appurtenances wtoever
unto the s.d pcell of Land or any pte ther of
belonging or in any wayes appertaining
To have and to hold y.e sayd pcell of Land
w.th all the previledges hereunto belonging unto
y.e sayd Edward James his Heires and assignes
for Ever and the s.d John Winchester and
his Heires for themselves and their Heires
