This Indentue made the two & twentieth
day of June Anno domini one thousand six hundred
and Ninty Between Archbald Gryer M.rhant his Heires
Execut.rs Administ.rs of the one pte and Robert Tinith
his Heirs or assignes of the other pte both of
Talbott County Wittnesseth y.t the s.d Archbald
for a valuable Consideration in hand received
and for Divers good Causes and Considerations him
therunto more Espeacially moveing hath given
granted and by these p.rsents doth give grant bargain
sell Alienate Infeoff And Conform from him and his
Heires for Ever unto the s.d Robert Smith him his
Heires or Assignes for Ever all y.t pcell or Tract of
Land Called Killingsworth more situate lying and
being in Kent County in y.e Province of Mary Land
Butted and bounded according to Pattent Recours
To w.ch being had and made will more plainly appear
Containg and being Layd out for five hundred
Acres of Land more or Less to be holden of the
maner of Baltemore Together with all the rights
profitts and benifitts therunto belonging Royall
mines Excepted To have and to hold the five
hundred Acres of Land and all other the Bargained
p.rmisses unto him the s.d Robert Smith his Heires or
assignes or free and Clear freely and Clearly
Acquitted Exonerated and discharged of and from all
other former Grants Bargaines sales Leases for
fitures poynters surrender Judments Executions
seizures rents and Arreares of rents the rents and
services w.th hence forth shall grow due and
payable to y.e Cheif Lord or Lords of the fee or fees
only Excepted
