Proffits thereof to his and their owne proper use & behoofe for Ever w.th out
sett hinderance or Molestacion of him y.e said Charles Whitehead or Sarah his
wife his or their heirs or assignes or any other Person or persons whatsoever Claiming
by from or under him or them and Cleerly aquitted Exonerated & discharged and
from time to time saved harmeles from all troubles Incombrances and Charges
whatsoever by y.e said Charles Whitehead and Sarah his wife his and their heirs
Executors and administrators the Rents and services which from henceforth from
time to time for or in respect of y.e sayd p.rmises shall growe due & payable to
the Cheife Lord or Lords of y.e fee or fees only Exepted & foreprised and further the
y.e sayd Charles Whitehead and Sarah his wife for themselves their heirs Executors
and administrators dou hereby Covenant promise and grant to & w.th the said
William Foreman his heirs and assignes that from time to time and at any time
for & during y.e terme of seaven yeers from y.e date of these p.rsents att and upon
y.e reasonable request & all y.t Cost & Charges on y.e Law of him y.e said William
Foreman his heirs & assignes shall make doe pforme acknolledg all & Every
such further & reasonable act or acts thing and things writings & Conveyances
in y.e law whatsoever for a better and more perfect asurance of all & singular y.t
before granted p.rmises w.th their rights members and apurtenances unto the
said William Foreman his heirs and assignes for Ever and Lasstly it is Covenanted
granted and fully Concluded by and between the parties to these p.rsents their
heirs and assignes that all feeofments and asurances in y.t Law whatsoever had
made or done or hereafter to bee don by or between y.e parties to these p.rsents for
touching or Concerning y.e said Land and all and other the before hereby granted
p.rmises with their apurtenances shall bee Enure adjudged & taken to bee and
Enure to the only proper Use and behoofe of him y.e said William Foreman
his heirs and assignes for Ever and to none other use Intent or purpose whatsoever
in wittness whereof y.e said Charles Whitehead and Sarah his wife have
hereunto these p.rsents sett their hands and affixed their seales the day and
yeare above written
