235 said Lord Prop.ry To the Damage of the said Prop.ry 600 pds of Tobacco King Att.r Gen.tl The Jury being Called & sworne to Try the said James Bruard viz.t Allan Smith foreman
The Jury so being heard the Evidence against James Bruard and received their Charge they Goe Together and after some time returne and say Wee finde him not Guilty Allan Smith foreman This Court Considering Doe Order that the said James Bruard Give Good security for his Good Behaviour and Abareance and to make his personall Appeareance att the next Court To bee held for s.d Kent County The Court orders the sherriffe to take said Bruard into his Custody The said James Bruard after some time Offers security unto this Court w.ch is accepted and ordered that the Principall be bound In 20.ll starle and security in 10.ll starle Each James Bruard becomes bound unto the R.tt Hon.ble the Lord Prop.ry In the sume of Twenty pounds starle To bee Leavyed of his Lands & Tenem.ts Goods & Chattles If that hee bee not of Good Behaviour & Abareance unto his Lopp and all his Lpps Good People and make his psonall Appeareance att the next Court |
