Coll Henry Coursey by M.r Christopher Goodhand
ag.t Edward Eires for severall damages done by
him to said Goodhands Creatures the said Eires on
his Hon.r Warrant appeareing to this Court

This Court Examining y.e said parties and consider
itt doth Order that the said Eires Give Good security
for his Good behaviour and to make his psonall
appeareance att the next Court

Edward Eires becomes Bound unto the R.t Hon.ble
the Lord Prop.ry In the sume of Twenty pounds
starl to bee Leavyed of his Lands and Tenements
Goods and Chattles If that hee bee not of Good
behaviour unto his Lordspp and all his Lordshpps
Good people and appeare att the next Court
