Whereas Phillip Davis being ordered this day to
appeare with the Inventory of the Estate of John
Wedge and according to the said Order nor appeares
And itt is Ordered by this Court that the said Davis
doe pay unto Each of the Orphans of said Wedge untill
they attaine to the age of sixteene Yeares Two
Cowes and Calves being due unto them as by account
Remaineing of the Estate of said Wedge & according
to Appraisement and made upp In the Chancellors
office unto them or either of them their or other
Guardian or Guardians when thereunto required
and the said Phillip Davis In open court doth
oblidge himselfe to returne & performe this s.d ord.r
