214 Whereas Andrew Bashaw being bound to make his appeareance att this court and the said Andrew appeareing and noe person or any thing appeareing ag.t him This Court Orders that the said Andrew Bashaw bee cleared by Proclamacon which is accordingly done John Evans servant unto Anna Staples adjudged by this Court to bee att the age of fifteene yeares & To serve according to Act of Assembly Whereas John Blackistone Orphan being Nephew to Ebenezar Blackistone and hee willing to take care & provide for the said Orphan This Court orders that the said John Blackistone orphan doe Live Remaine and abide with the said Ebenezar Blackiston unckle unto the said John untill hee attaine to the Age of One & Twenty yeares and the said Ebenezar doth here Oblidge & himselfe that att the Expiracon of said time to freely and volluntary Give and deliver unto him the said John One Man servant haveing time to serve according to the Custome of this Country and alsoe one Cow and Calfe and the said Ebenezar is to take the Plantacon Into his Custody or possession Belonging unto the said Orphan untill hee bee of the age afores.d William Baker servant unto Cornelius Comegys [illegible] adjudged by this court to be sixteene yeares of age to serve according to Act of Assembly Thomas Joce I Clke |
