Therefore itt is Considered by this Court that the said

Whereas Elias [illegible] recovering a Judgm.t for
an attachm.t agt the Estate of John Doughty for the
sume of three Hundred and Eighty four ll of Tobacco
att A Court Held for said county the 12.th day of Decem.r
1684 [illegible] that the said Judgm.t may bee [illegible]

Therefore itt is Considered by this court that the said
