191 In Witness whereof the before named John Parsons and Damerus his wife of the one party and Richard Dawson before named of the other party hath Interchangeably sett their hands and fixed their seales the day & yeare above named Signed sealed & delivered In the presents before us John Parsons (seale) James Leary her George Barlow Damerus X Parsons (seale) marke Maryland fs Know all men by these presents that I John Parsons of Kent County planter am holding & firmely bound unto Richard Dawson Liveing in the County aforesaid Planter In the sume of seaven Thousand Two Hundred pounds of tobacco of sound Merchantable Tobaccoe & Cask To bee paid Convincinbly in Kent County aforesaid unto the said Richard Dawson or so his heires Atturney & Executo.rs Administrato.rs or assignes To w.th sure payment well & Truely to bee made I binde my selfe my heires Executors Administrato.rs firmely by These presents sealed with my seale dated y.e 21.th day of June In the Eleaventh yeare of the Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord & prop.ry &c.a Annoq Dom 1686 The Condicon of this Obligacon is such that if y.e above bounden John Parsons his heires Executo.rs Administrato.rs doe and shall from time to time and att all times hereafter well & truely Observe performe fullfill & keepe all & singular the Covenants grants conditions and Agreements w.ch on y.e part of the said John Parksons his heires Executo.rs Adm.rs are and ought to bee Observed performed and kept contained specified and declared in one Indenture of Grant bargaine and sale beareing date the 14.th day of June In The yeare of our Lord |
