Court In Court sitting

That W.m Phillps of This County deceased
did In his life time freely give his son then
about 6 m.os old to Remaine w.th the said W.m
Hubbard & Elizabeth his Wife untill Twenty one
yeares of Age If yo.r Peticon.r or his Wife should
live soe Long
                    Yo.r Peticon.r humbly prayes yo.r
                    Wopps that the said child may be
                    betterd by yo.r Worspps for y.e s.d time
