174 or means in the Law whatsoever as by the said Andrew Cornelison his heirs or assignes or his or there Councell Learned in the Law shal be reasonably devised advised or requiered for as the s.d Hugh Mason and Margrett Binham there heirs & assignes or such other person or persons who shall acquit to make such further Inshurance be not compeled to transact further then the Cutty of S.t Marys for the doeing or Executing the same And wee the s.d Hugh Mason and Margrett Binham doe herby constitute ordaine and apoint my trusty & well beloved friend William Comegys one true and Lawfull Attorny for us and in Our Names & steds to appeare before his Lpps Justices of the peace for the s.d County of Kent and in due forme & maner in open court acknowledg the above written Indenture to be the propr act & Tad of the s.d Hugh Mason and Margrett Binham and also surender & release as in such casses is here accustomed all the right title and Intrest w.ch the s.d Margrett Binham here at this present or her heirs at any time hereafter may or can have claime or challenge at comon Law of into or out of the above menconed premisses, or any part or parcell of the same In Witness whereof the parties above Named to these properly Indentures have set there hands & seals [illegible] the Day & yeare above written Signed sealed & Delivered Sign In psents of & Hugh Mason (seal) Rich Holcombe Margret Binham (seal) William Crump Acknowledged In March Court 1685/6 Recorded p Elias King Clk Com Kent |
