Earickson in A plea of Trespas on y.e Case
And Thereupon y.e s.d Mathew by Robertt Smith his Attorny Complaineth
& saith that y.e s.d Allin Smith to witt on y.e twenty sixth of March 1685
at y.e Plantation of y.e s.d Mathew on Kent Island one servant of y.e prop
good & Chattels of y.e s.d Mathew w.th force & armes Did board away Contrary
In y.e yeare of y.e Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry & to y.e Damage of y.e s.d Mathew
[illegible] y.e loss of his s.d servant one Thousand six hundred pounds of tobacco &
thereupon he brings his suite

And y.e Deft for plea saith that he is in no wais guilty & of this puts himselfe on y.e
