97 Bowles Green of Kent County planter present here in Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself indebted unto the Right Honour.ble the Lord Prop.ry of this province his heires and Successors in the just and full sume of Twenty pounds Sterl money of great Brittain to made and Leveyed of his Body goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he shall not make his personal appearance at the next County Court to be held for said County on the third Teusday of November next ensueing to answer unto his said Lopp on an Indictm.t ag.t him for felloniously Stealing a Ewe Lamb of the goods & Chattels of a Certain Henry Hosier and stand and abide the determination of the said Court thereupon and if in the mean time he shall not keep the peace and be of good Behaviour towards all his Lopps good tennants wherewith the said Bowles is Content also Robert Green and Daniel Flinn both of Kent County planters and present here in Court in their proper persons do acknowledge themselves to stand Justly indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province his heires and Successors in the sume of Tenn pounds Sterl money each to be leveyed of their Bodys goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if Bowles Green Shall not make his personal appearance at the next Court to be held for said County on the third Teusday of November next ensueing to answer unto his said Lopp upon an Indictm.t against him for felloniously Stealing a Ewe Lamb of the goods and Chattels of a Certain Henry Hosier and if in the mean time the said Bowles shall not keep the peace and be of good Behaviour towards all his Lordsps good Tennants wherewith the said Robert and Daniel acknowledge themselves content Ordered by the Court here John Gilbert Enter into Recognizance ^with good Security^ for his appearance at next Court as an Evidence ag.t Bowles Green John Gilbert of Kent County Planter present here in Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself to stand indebted unto the Right Honour.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province his heires and Successors in the just Sume of Tenn pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of |
