Same Maurice Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices
of the then next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the
Town of Chester in the Same County to Answer to the presentment found ag.st
him as afd and if that in the mean time he Should not be of good
Behaviour And now at this Court to wit the fifteenth Day of June
Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five the s.d Maurice Carty
Appearing his Recognizance is Discharged

Suite against the s.d Sarah to Answer unto an
Indictment found against her for felony The

the fifteenth Day of s.d Month Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and
twenty five the Day of Return of s.d writt Endorst as foll.s viz.t

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Sarah Manning Enter into
Recognizance with Good Security for her Appearance at next Court to
Answer unto an Indictment found against her for felony and Good
Behaviour and that the Sherrf of Kent County do keep her y.e s.d
Sarah in Safe Custody untill She Shall Enter as afd
