    Att a Court held for Kent County at the Courthouse in the Town of Chester in
said County on the Seventeenth Day of November and Continued the Eighteenth
Nineteenth twentyeth twenty first and twenty third Days of s.d Month in the
Ninth Year of the Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord and prop.ry of the
provinces of Maryland & Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &c.a Annoq
Domini 1724

Garet Closey
The s.d Garret ^his Recognizance^ taken last Court for his appearance at this
Court and Good behaviour and now at this Court the s.d
Garret appearing ordered that his Recognizance and
Suretys Recognizance be Discharged


    Garret Closey of Kent County planter at last Court Did Acknowledge himself
Indebted to his Lordship the Lord proprietary of this province his heirs &c.a in the
sume of ten pounds Sterling money to be leveyed &c.a Conditionally that
if he Should not appear at the then next Court to be held for s.d County to
answer unto what Should be objected against him on his s.d Lordships behalfe
And if that in the mean time he Should not be of good behaviour
and now at this Court the s.d Garret appears to his s.d Recognizance And no
person shewing Cause to the Contrary the same is Discharged
   
    Joseph Hull and Fardinando Hull at last Court afd Did Acknowledge
themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord prop.ry of this province
his heirs &c.a in the sume of five pounds Sterling money Each to be Coveyed
&c.a Conditionally that if Garret Closey Should not appear at the then
next Court to be held for s.d County to Answer unto what Should be objected
against him on his s.d Lordships behalf and if that in the mean time
