327 heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd William Bonner shall not make his personall appearance at the then next November Court to answer unto what shall be objected against him on his Lordshipps behalf and that in the mean time to be of good behaviour And now at this Court here to wit the twenty first Day of November (the time to which he was bound) Anno Dom Seventeen hundred twenty and Seven the afd William Bonner having appeared the said James Smith his Recognizances is Discharged Katherine Hopkins of Kent County Spinster at June Court Last being the Day and year afd Acknowledged herself Indebted unto the Lord proprietary of this province of Maryland in the sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of her goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if she should not make her personall appearance at the then next November Court as an Evidence against the afd William Bonner And now at this Court here to wit the twenty first Day of November Anno Dom Seventeen hundred twenty and Seven the Time to which she was bound the said Katherine having appeared her Recognizance is Discharged John Burk & Thomas Kelley both of Kent County Plant.r at June Court last acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Lord Propry of this province of Maryland in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterl oath to be made and Leveyed of their Severall goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Katherine Hopkins shall not make her personall appearance at the then next November Court As an Evidence for his Lordship against the afd William Bonner And now at this Court here to wit the twenty first Day of November Anno Dom Seventeen hundred twenty and seven the time to which she was bound the said Katherine Hopkins having appeared the said John Burk and Thomas Kelly their Recognizance is Discharged Richard Futston of Kent County planter at June Court Last acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord propry of this province of Maryland in the Sum of tenn pounds Sterl |
