August Court 1724 That if the same Garret Clossey shall not make his personall appearance before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court-house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third Tuesday of November next ensueing to answer unto what shall be objected against him the same Garret on his said Lordships behalf on Suspicion of Felloney and if that in the mean time he shall not be of good Behavior wherewith the said Garret doth acknowlede himself to be Content Also Joseph Hull and Ferdinando Hull both of Kent County afd planters present here in Court in their proper persons do acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Right honourable the Lord Prop.ry of this Province of Maryland his Heirs and Successors in the sume of five pounds Sterl Money of great Brittain each to be made and Leveyed of their severall goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of the said Lord prop.ry his heires and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Garret Clossey shall not make his personall appearance before the Justices of the next Court To be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the same County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the same County on the third Tuesday of November next Ensueing to answer unto what shall be objected against him the same Garret on his said Lordships behalf on suspicion of Felloney and if that in the mean time he the same Garret shall not be of good Behavior wherewith the same Joseph Hull and Ferdinando Hull are Content
