planter present herein Court in his proper person Doth Acknowledge himself indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland ^&c.a^ in the Sume of twenty pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittain to be made and Leveyed of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenem.ts for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if he the same Dominick Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of August next Ensueing to Answer unto an Information found against him for fornication and if that in the mean time he Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherew.th the s.d Dominick Doth Acknowledge himself to be Content also Samuel Gooding and Daniel Dullahuntey both of Kent County planters present herein Court in their proper persons Do Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Right Hon.ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland &c.a in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be made & Leveyed of their Severall Goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements for the use of the s.d Lord prop.ry his heirs and Successors Conditionally that if the afd Dominick Kenslaugh Shall not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the next Court to be held for the County afd at the Court house in the Town of Chester in the Same County on the third Teusday of August next Ensueing to answer to an Information ^found ag.st him^ for fornication and that in y.e mean time he y.e Same Dom.k Shall not be of Good Behaviour wherewith y.e Same Sam.l Gooding and Dan.l Dullahuntey are Content |
