17 John Austin Blacksmith and Thomas Gwinn planter both of Kent County and present here in Court in their proper persons do acknowledge themselves indebted unto the right Hon.rble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the sume of five pounds Sterling money of great Brittain Each to be made and leveyed of their goods Chatels rights or Credits for the use of his said Lordship his heires or Successors Conditionally that of James Watson Shall not make his personal appearance at the next Court to be held for Said County at the Court house in the Town of Chester in said Coty on the third Teusday of August next ensueing to answer unto what Shall be objected ag.t him on his said Lopps behalf on account of assaulting a Certain Margaret Foreman and stand & abide the determination of the same Court thereupon and if in the mean time he Shall not be of good Behaviour to all his Majestys Liege Subjects and especially to the said Margaret Foreman wherewith the said John Thomas are Content. Ordered that Zachariah Macdaniel Enter into Recogniz.ce for his appear.ce next Court as Evidence ag:t the said Ja:s Watson thereupon. Zachariah Macdaniel of Kent County planter present here in Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself indebted unto the Right Hon:ble the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of five pounds Sterling money of great Britain to be leveyed of his goods Chatels Lands & Tenements Conditionally that if he shall not make his personal appearance at the next Court to be held for said Coty on the third Teusday of August next to give Evidence for his said Lopp against James Watson on amount of assaulting a Certain Margaret Foreman wherewith the said Zachariah is Content. Ordered that Joseph Wright Enter into Recognizance for his appearance at next Court as an Evidence ag:t James Watson, thereupon Joseph Wright of Kent County Planter present here in Court in his proper person doth acknowledge himself indebted unto the Right Hono:rble the Lord province of Maryland his heires & Successors in the Sume of five pounds |
