162 Maryland fs.t Att a Court held for Kent County in the province afd at the Courthouse in the Town of Chester in s.d County on the twenty first Day of June and Continued the twenty Second twenty third & twenty fourth Days of the Same Month in y.e Eleventh year of the Dominion of Charles Absolute Lord and prop.ry of the provinces of Maryland & Avalon Lord Baron of Baltimore &c.a Anno Dom. 1726
Robert Street of Kent County plasterer at last Court as afd Acknowledged himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province of Maryland in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great Brittain to be Leveyed of his Goods and Chattels Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he y.e Same Robert Should not make his personal appearance before the Justices of the then next Court to be held for Kent County at the Court house in the Town of Chester to Deliver unto what Should be objected against him on his Lordships behalf on Suspicion of abuseing an orphan of s.d County and if that in the mean time y.e s.d Robert Should not be of Good Behaviour And now at this Court to wit the twenty first Day of June ^Anno Dom. 1726^ the s.d Robert haveing appeared his Recog.c is Discharged also |
