Amounting to twenty three Shill.s Curr.t money and the Sume of
thirteen hundred and Seventy pounds of Tob.o Costs Accrueing on the

    Ordered by the Court here that the afd Sarah Manning Enter into Recogniz.c
with Good Security for her appearance and Good behaviour
to next Court and that he Sher ^of^ Kent County Do keep her y.e s.d Sarah
in Safe Custody untill She Shall Enter as afd

The said Daniel haveing Entered into Recognizance
at last Court for his appearance at this Court to
answer unto an Indictment found against him
for killing a Mare and Now at this Court the said
Daniel haveing appeared ordered that his Recognizance and his Suretys
Recognizances be Discharged

    Daniel Pearkins of Kent County planter at last Court Did Acknowledge
himself Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry of this province in the
Sume of twenty pounds Sterl money of Great Brittain to be Levey'd
&c.a Conditionally that if he Should not make his personal appear.c
at the then next Court to be held for Kent County to answer to an Indictment
found against him for killing a Mare and if in the mean
time he Should not be of good Behaviour and now to wit this fifteenth
Day of March Anno Dom. Seventeen hundred and twenty five the
Day of appearance to s.d Recogniz.c the s.d Daniel appears and
thereupon his Recognizance is Discharged

    Robert Meeks and Richard Davis both of Kent County planters
at last Court Did Acknowledge themselves Indebted unto the Lord prop.ry
of this province in the Sume of ten pounds Sterling money of Great
Brittain Each to be Levey'd &c.a Conditionally that if Daniel Pearkins
Should not make his personal appearance at the then next Court
to be held for Kent County to answer to an Indictment found against
him y.e s.d Daniel for Killing a Mare and if in the mean time he
Should not be of good Behaviour and Now to wit this fifteenth Day
