66. An act to repeal an act, passed at December session
1827, chapter 83, and for other purposes.

67. An act authorising the moderator and commissioners
of Hagerstown, to levy on the assessable property of the
said town, a sum of money for the puipose therein men-
tioned.

68. An act to alter and change the name of Samuel Raitt
Creighton, of Dorchester county.

69. An act for the relief of Daniel Orrell and others, of
Caroline county.

70. An act to lay out and open a road in Cecil county.

71. An act to authorise the governor and council to ap-
point one justice of the levy court for each election district
in Frederick county.

72. A further additional supplement to an act, entitled,
an act for the distribution of a certain fund for the purpose
