Company.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That John Parsons, John Austin, M. D., Peter
Bell, George Todd, James Hooper, Humphrey Humphreys,
Thomas Hooper, Elijah Parsons, Isaiah Smith, James Mi-
nus Fooks, John Dennis, (of Thomas), and Levi Cathell,
be, and they are hereby appointed Commissioners, under

capital stock of the "Somerset and Worcester Rail Road
Company;" and they, or a majority of them, may cause
