Beaverdam and Harringtoti's branch Canal company, and
not sooner; and the General Assembly hereby reserves
power to revoke this act at any time hereafter.

A Supplement to an act for the benefit oj the heirs of Mary
Burknal.

Passed Mar.12,1813

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Commissioners who may divide the real estate of
Mary Enson, deceased, into three parts, conformably to the
provisions of the act to which this is a supplement, shall
subject to the said provisions, subdivide the part which
they would allot to Eleanor Merryman, if she were yet
alive, into two portions of equal value, and allot one of
said portion to the children of Mary Burknal, who are
named in the act to which this is a supplement, and the
other of said portions to Micajah Merryman, Jr.

CHAPTER 182.

A further supplement to an act, entitled, "an act to establish
a Bank and incorporate a Company, under the name of
The Cumberland Bank of Allegany."

Passed Mar. 12, 1833

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the act of the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, passed at November session, eighteen hundred and
eleven, chapter two hundred and seven, entitled, "An act
to establish a Bank and incorporate a Company, under the
name of The Cumberland Bank of Allegany," and the acl
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed in June
session, eighteen hundred and twelve, chapter two, entitled
a supplement to an act, entitled, an act to establish a Bank
and incorporate a Company, under the name of The Cum-
berland Bank of Allegany, shall be and they are hereby
re-established, revived, and made in full force and opera-
tion in the same manner and effect, to all intents and pur-
poses whatsoever, as if no law had been enacted for set-
tling up and closing the concerns of said Bank.
