post. The principal timbers will not be more than 12" by 4", a few of them more than
8x8. The principal lumber will be sound yellow pine 14 inches wide and 1 1/4 thick boards
12 ft. long. For the Jury room there will be required 50 pieces of Scantling 20 feet long
12 by 3. All the rest of the Scantling may be 6 by 3.

You will observe that for the sake of symmetry I have put the Jury rooms on the
ground floor. They will be perfectly private because they open from the Court room and
have two doors towards the Court room both of which may be shut.

If the General plan is adopted I will make any alterations you please, & have to give
you a great deal of information which I cannot do now.
