Proclamation being made the sherriffe of Somserset County returned a
pannell of Orphans Jurors to Inquire &^c. to wit, William Miles, Isaac Atkinson, Francis
White, William Furnis, Jonathan Tull, Robert Dashiell, Aaron Starling, John Collins,
Jarvis Ballard, Joseph Weatherly, Arnold Elzey, Mathias Coston, David Hopkins,
John Cottingham, Philip Covington, Joshua Hitch and John Broughton who being
severally called over by their Names do appear as above and were sworn and charged
and sent out to consider soon after the orphan Jurors af^d so as af^d Impannelled charged
and sworn returned here into Court and being again severally called over returned to
the Court here that they had not made any presentments thereupon the orphan
Jury af^d. are Discharged &^c.
