to keep tavern	he may be Permitted to keep an Ordinary or house of Entertainment in the County afd. at his Own house for the

use and Conveniency of Travellers and Strangers as to them Respectively Shall Seem meet which is by the Court here unto
him Granted he Giveing Security as the Law directs to keep Good Rules and Orders in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment

all Present herein Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Hon^rble the
