Whereupon the Said Nathaniel Thrift together with Samuel Callaway and Elgat Bird of Somerset County his Securitys all Present herein Court in their Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry of the Province of Maryland in thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland of their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and Tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Natl. Thrift do not keep Good Rules and orders and do Suffer Idle Loose and disorderly Persons to tipple Game and Commit disorders or Other Irregularities in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment Contrary to the true Intent and Meaning of the Act of Assembly in Such Case Provided &c.
