Wm. Bounds	County untill he the Said Robert Tompson Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty One Years the Said

Robert Tompson to Serve his Said Master the full term af^d. during which term the Said Apprentice his Said Master well
and faithfully he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly Every where willingly he Shall
doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards his Said Master and all his
during the term af^d.    In Consideration of which Service the Said William Bounds present here in Court in his
Proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in manner and form following
that is to Say that he the Said William Bound Shall and will during the term af^d. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade
of a house Carpinter and to Read Well in the testament and Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice Meat
drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and Wear during the term af^d.
           Whereupon the Said William Bounds is ordered by the Court here to Give Security to Comply with the
Covenants af^d.    Thereupon the Said W^m. Bounds together with Joseph Husk and John Dorman of Somerset County
his Securitys all Present here in Court in their Proper Person Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the af^d. Robert
Tompson in the Sum of thirty Pounds Cur^t. Money of Maryland on their Bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements
Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said Robert Tompson his heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it
happen that the Said William Bounds do not during the term af^d. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Cordwainer
house Carpinter and to Read Well in the testament and do not Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice
Meat Drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and Wear during the term
af^d.

Joseph Dashiell	Joseph Dashiell an Orphan above the Age of fourteen Years Came here into Court in his Proper
Chose	Person and Prays that he may be Permitted to Chose a Certain William Roberson of Somerset
Wm. Roberson	County as his Guardian which is by the Court here unto him Granted &c. Thereupon the Said Joseph
Guardian	as his Guardian

Dashiell present here in Court in his proper person as af^d. Made Choice of the af^d. William Roberson ^ Accordingly &^c.
Whereupon the Said William Roberson is Ordered by the Court here to take into his Care and possession the af^d.
Joseph Dashiell and all his Estate Reall and Personall and further it is Ordered that a Certain John Cox and Isabell
his Wife deliver up unto the af^d. W^m. Roberson Guardian af^d. all the Estate of the af^d. Orphan of What sort soever
that they have in their hands and Possession Peaceably and Quietly and that of Right doth belong to the af^d. Orphan
And further it is Ordered that he Give Good Se^ry to Comply with the Law in Relation to Such Guardianship as af^d. and to
deliver up unto the af^d. Orphan his heirs Ex^rs. or Adm^rs. all his Estate Reall and Personall that he Shall take into his hands
and Possession Peaceably and Quietly when Ever the Same Should be Legally Required &^c Whereupon the Said William
Roberson together with W^m. Bounds and Jacob Messex of Somerset County his Securitys all present herein Court in their
Proper Persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the Said Joseph Dashiell in four hundred Pounds Cur^t Money of
Maryland of their bodies Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said Joseph
