Mary Olfee	being the Eighteenth day of the Same Month Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty One

before the Justices thereof Came the af^d. Mary Olfee in her proper person According to A Certain Recognizance by
her in that part before Acknowledged for her the Said Mary Olfee Appearance at this Court to Give Evidence Against
a Certain John Watkins on Suspicion of felony &^c. Whereupon the Said Mary Olfee prays that her Appearance may
be Recorded and She and h discharged from the Recognizance af^d.    Thereupon the Said Mary Olfee Appearance is
Recorded and She Accordingly discharged from the Recognizance af^d. &^c
      Whereupon the Said Mary Olfee is Ordered by theCourt here to Give New Recognizance with One Security
   in the Sum of fifty Pound Cur^t. Money of Maryland for her the Said Mary Olfee Appearance at the next
Provincial Court to be held at the City of Annapolis the Second Tuesday of September Next to Give Evidence on
behalf of his Lordship Against a Certain John Watkins on Suspicion of felony &^c.    Thereupon the Said Mary
Olfee with a Certain Daniel Henderson of Somerset County her Security both present here in Court in their proper persons
Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship in the Sum of fifty Pounds Cur^t Money of Maryland of their
bodies Goods and Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and
Successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Mary Olfee do not Make her Personall
Appearance before his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court at the next Court to be held at the City of
Annapolis the Second Tuesday of September next and do not then and there Give Such Evidence as She Shall
know on behalf of his Lordship Against the af^d. John Watkins on Suspicion of felony and that She do not
depart the Court without Leave &^c.
