Somerset fst    Att A Court of his Lordship the Right Honrble Frederick Absolute Lord and Propry of the
Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c. held at Princes Ann Town the third
Tuesday of August being the Eighteenth day of the Same Month Anno Dom. 1761 by his Said Lordships Justices
the peace in the Same County to keep Assigned of Whom were present

Whereupon the Court being Called Sat as above proceeded to Business in Manner following Vizt

His Lordship                                                                                          in & for the Coy of Somerset
@    And now to witt at a Court of his Lordship held at Princes Ann Town ^ the third Tuesday of August
John Watkins    being the Eighteenth day of the Same Month Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty One
before the Justices thereof Came the afd. John Watkins in his proper person According to A Certain Recognizance
by him and his Security in that part before Acknowledged for his the Said John Watkins Good behaviour and
                at this Court   Likewise
Appearances ^ and ^ to Answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning all Such matters and things which Should be then
and there Objected Against him on his Lordships behalf an Suspicion of felony &c. Whereupon the Said John
Watkins prays that his Appearance may be Recorded and he and his Security discharged from the Recognizance afd.
thereupon the Said John Watkins Appearance is Recorded and he and his Security discharged from the Recognizance
afd. &c.    Whereupon the Said John Watkins is Ordered by the Court here to Give new Recognizance with Two in the
Sum of Two hundred pound Curt Money of Maryland for his the Said John Watkins Appearance at the Next Provincial
                                                                                                                then & there
Court to be held at the City of Annapolis the Second Tuesday of September Next ^ to Answer unto his Lordship on Suspicion
of felony and to Stand and Abide the Judgment of the Court thereupon and in the meantime to be of the Good behaviour but for
Want thereof the Said John Watkins is Committed to the prison of the Sheriff of the County afd. there to Remain &c.

His Lordship
@    And now to witt at a Court of his Lordship held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of August being the Eighteenth
Matw Dorman    day of the Same Month Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty One before the Justices thereof
Came the afd. Mathew Dorman According to A Certain Recognizance by him in that part before Acknowledged for his the Said
Mathew Dormans Appearance at this Court and then and there to Give Such Evidence As he Shall know on behalf of his
Lordship Against a Certain John Watkins on Suspicion of felony &c. Whereupon the Said Mathew Dorman prays that his
Appearance may be Recorded and he and his discharged from the Recognizance afd.    Thereupon the Said Mathew Dormans
Appearance is Recorded and he and his Security Accordingly discharged from the Recognizance afd.    Whereupon the
Said Mathew Dorman is Ordered by the Court here to Give new Recognizance with One Security in the Sum of fifty
pound Curt. Money of Maryland for his the Said Mathews Appearance at the Next Provincial Court to be held at the City
                                                                                            on behalf of his Lordship
of Annapolis the Second Tuesday of September Next to Give Evidence ^ Against A Certain John Watkins on Suspicion of
felony &c       Thereupon the Said Mathew Dorman together with a Certain John Carmichael of Somerset County planter his
Security both present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves indebted unto his Lordship the Right
Honrble the Lord Propry in the Sum of fifty Pound Curt Money of Maryland of their Bodys Goods and Chattles Lands and
Tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it
happen that the Said Mathew Dorman do not Make his personall Appearance before the His Lordships Justices of
the Provincial Court at the Next Court to be held at the City of Annapolis the Second Tuesday of September Next and
do not then and there give Such Evidence as he Shall know on behalf of his Lordship Against A Certain John
                                                   that he
Watkins on Suspicion of felony and ^ do not depart the Court without Leave &c.

Patience Ackworth    Eighteenth day of the Same Month Anno Dom. one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty One before
the Justices thereof Came the afd. Patience Ackworth According to a Certain Recognizance by her in that part before
Acknowledged for her the Said Patience Ackworth Appearance at this Court to Give Evidence on behalf of his Lordship
Against A Certain John Watkins on Suspicion of felony &c. Whereupon the Said Patience Ackworth prays that her
Appearance may be Recorded and She discharged from the Recognizance afd. Thereupon the Said Patience Acwkorth
