Ordered that Elizabeth Evans, Sarah Evans and Leah Evans recover agt. William Cammell Forty
Eight Pounds of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance two days Each as Eviden
on behehalf of His Lordship agst Wm Cammell they having made oath to the same &c

Ordered that Peggy Tomblinson recover agt. Wm. Cammell Seventy two pounds of Tobacco being
                                                                                               the said
due unto her for her attendance three days as an Evidence on behalf of ^ Wm. Cammell agt.
his Lordship she having made Oath to the same &c.

Ordered that James Brown recover against Robt. Brown Forty Eight Pounds of Tobacco
                                                                                                       the said
being due unto him for his Attendance Two days as an Evidence on behalf of ^ Robt. Brown
agt John Covington he having made oath to the same &c.

Ordered that James Brown recover against Sarah Record Forty Eight Pounds of Tobacco
being due unto him for his Attendance two days as an Evidence on behalf of the said
Sarah Records against Joshua Hoffington he having made oath to the same &c.

Ordered that John Scott recover against George Livingston Seventy two pounds of
Tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance three days as an Evindence on
behalf on behalf of the said George Livingston agt. Joseph Morrison he having made oath to the same
&c.

Ordered that Samuel Horsey recover agt. George Livingston Ninty Six pounds of
Tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance four days as an Evidence on behalf
of the said George Livingston agt. Joseph Morison he having made oath to the same &c.

Ordered that Elionar Phillips recover agt. Sarah Records Ninty six pounds of Tobacco
being Due unto her for her Attendance four days as An Evidence on behalf of the
said Sarah Records agt. Joshua Huffington she having made oath to the same &c.

WH    Sarah Records    Command was given to ye Sherriffe of Somerset County that he should

agt    take Joshua Hoffington Late of Somerset County Planter if he
SW    Joshua Hoffington    should be found in his Bailywick & him Should Safe keep so that he
might have his Body before ye Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held
at Princes Ann Town ye third Tuesday of March Anno Dom. one thousand seven hundred
           Nine
And fifty ^ to Answer unto Sarah Records of A plea of trespass up upon ye Case &c.
And ye. Same day is Given to ye afd. Sarah here And so forth
Att which day here came ye afd. Sarah Records by William Hayward her Atty
ye. Sherriffe to wit John Dennis Gent. now here returned that he had taken ye afd.
Joshua Hoffington whose Body here at this day is ready to ye. afd. Sarah Records of
ye. afd. plea as to him it was Commanded
Whereupon ye said Joshua Hoffington at ye prayer of ye afd. Sarah Records is adjudged
to give Special Bail to ye. Action afd. thereupon A Certain John Kellum of Somerset
County planter present here in Court in his proper person undertook for ye said Joshua
Hoffington that if it should happen that Judgment in ye plea afd. should be rendered
