Ordered that James Brown recover against Sarah Record Forty Eight Pounds of Tobacco
being due unto him for his Attendance two days as an Evidence on behalf of the said
Sarah Records against Joshua Hoffington he having made oath to the same &^c.

Ordered that John Scott recover against George Livingston Seventy two pounds of
Tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance three days as an Evindence on
behalf on behalf of the said George Livingston ag^t. Joseph Morrison he having made oath to the same

Ordered that Samuel Horsey recover ag^t. George Livingston Ninty Six pounds of
Tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance four days as an Evidence on behalf

Ordered that Elionar Phillips recover ag^t. Sarah Records Ninty six pounds of Tobacco
being Due unto her for her Attendance four days as An Evidence on behalf of the
said Sarah Records ag^t. Joshua Huffington she having made oath to the same &^c.

	agt	take Joshua Hoffington Late of Somerset County Planter if he
SW	Joshua Hoffington	should be found in his Bailywick & him Should Safe keep so that he

might have his Body before y^e Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held
at Princes Ann Town y^e third Tuesday of March Anno Dom. one thousand seven hundred
           Nine
And fifty ^ to Answer unto Sarah Records of A plea of trespass up upon y^e Case &^c.
And y^e. Same day is Given to y^e af^d. Sarah here And so forth
Att which day here came y^e af^d. Sarah Records by William Hayward her Att^y
y^e. Sherriffe to wit John Dennis Gent. now here returned that he had taken y^e af^d.
Joshua Hoffington whose Body here at this day is ready to y^e. af^d. Sarah Records of
y^e. af^d. plea as to him it was Commanded
Whereupon y^e said Joshua Hoffington at y^e prayer of y^e af^d. Sarah Records is adjudged
to give Special Bail to y^e. Action af^d. thereupon A Certain John Kellum of Somerset
County planter present here in Court in his proper person undertook for y^e said Joshua
Hoffington that if it should happen that Judgment in y^e plea af^d. should be rendered
