Over and Above his Common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice meat
drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and Wear during the term afd. &c.

Stephen Hath    Stephen Hath an Orphan of his own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice
   Bound to    According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided unto Henry Calkwell of Somerset County Glover untill
Henry Calkwell    he the Said Stephen Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty One years the Said Stephen to Serve his Said
Master the full term afd. during which term the Said Apprentice his Said Master well and faithfully he Shall Serve his
Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly everywhere willingly he Shall doe and in all things as good
and faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards his Said Master and all his during the term afd. In
Consideration of Which Service the Said Henry Calkwell present here in Court in his proper person Covenanteth with
the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in Manner and form following that is to Say that he the
Said Henry Caldwell Shall and will during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Glover and Leather
Breeches Maker and to Read write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration of his
Servitude give him a New Suit of Cloaths of Narrow broad Cloath and Likewise find and provide for his Said
Apprentice Meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during
the Term afd.    Whereupon the Said Henry Calkwell is ordered to give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. Thereupon
the Said Henry Calkwell together with Robert Hopkins and Lane Roberson of Somerset County planters his Securitys all
present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves indebted unto the afd. Stephen Hath in the Sum
of thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland on their bodys goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to
the use of the Said Stephen Hath his heirs and Assigns to made and Levied if it happen that the Said Henry Calkwell
do not during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Glover and Leather breeches maker and to Read
write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and at the Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him a New
Suit of Cloaths over and above his Commoon wearing Cloaths and and do not Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice
meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd. &c.

John Anderson    John Anderson an Orphan of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice
   Bound to    According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided unto William Willen of Somerset County Blacksmith
Wm. Willen    untill he the Said John Anderson Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty one Years the Said John Anderson
to Serve his Said Master the full term afd. during which term the Said Apprentice his Said Master well and faithfully
he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly every where willingly he Shall doe &
in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards his Said master and all
his during the term afd.    In Consideration of which Service the Said William Willen present here in

the Said William Willen together with John Hopkins and Jacob Messex of Somerset County planters his
Securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. John
Anderson in thirty pounds Curt Money of Maryland on their bodys goods or Chattles Lands and tenements to Joyntly
And Severally to the use of the Said John Anderson his heirs And Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen
that the Said William Willen do not during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Black
Smith and to Read write and Cypher as far as the Rule of Division Inclusive and at the Expiration of his
Likewise do not find and provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for
Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd.
