Necessary to Make a pair of Shoes and do not Likewise find and Provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing
Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd. &c.

Molatto James
   Bound to    James a Molatto is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice to George Day Scott of Somerset County
Geo. Scott    Gentleman According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided untill he the Said James Should Arrive
at the Age of Twenty One Years the Said James to Serve his Said Master the full Term afd. during which Term the Said
Apprentice his Said Master well and faithfully he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly
Every where willingly he Shall doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall Demean himself
towards his Said Master and all his during the term afd.    In Consideration of Which Service the Said George
Day Scott present here in Court in his proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially
Sitting in manner and form following that is to Say that he the Said George Scott Shall and will during the term afd.
Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Cordwainer and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive in the
Testament and at the Expiration of his Servitude give him a Pea Jacket and Breeches of Kersey over and Above his Common
Wearing Cloaths and as many Cordwainers tools as will be Sufficient to make a pair of Shoes and Likewise find and provide
for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodgin and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during
the term afd.       Whereupon the Said George Scott is Ordered to give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. Thereupon
the Said George Scott together with Thomas Hayward Jur and Ephraim King of Somerset County Gent. his Securitys all present
here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. James in the Sum of thirty pounds
Curt Money of Maryland on their bodys goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said
James his heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said George Scott do not during the term afd.
Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Cordwainer and to Read in the Testament and at the Expiration of his Servitude
do not Give him as many Cordwainers Tools as will be Necessary to make a pair of Shoes and a New Pea Jacket and Breeches
of Kersey over and Above his Common wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice
meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd.

Mathew Hath
   Bound to    Mathew Hath an Orphan of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an Apprentice to Robert
Robert Hitch    Hitch of Somerset County Gent. According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided untill he the Said Mathew
Hath Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty one Years the Said Mathew to Serve his Said Master the full term afd. during which
term the Said Apprentice his Said Master well and faithfully he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments
Lawfully and honestly Everywhere willingly he Shall doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall
Demean himself towards his Said Master and all his During the term afd.    In Consideration of which
Service the Said Robert Hitch present here in Court in his proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court
in Court Judicially Sitting in manner and form following that is to Say that he the Said Robert Hitch Shall and will
during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Cordwainer and to Read to be a Marriner and to Read Write and
Cypher as far as the Rule of three Inclusive and Navigation So far as through plain sailing and Mercato Saling and
wherefore At the Expiration of his Servitude give him a Quadrant Scale and Dividers Marriners Callender and Compas Rectified
a new Suit of Cloaths Over and Above his Common wearing Cloaths and
Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an
Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd.
           Whereupon the Said Robert Hitch is Ordered to give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. thereupon
the Said Robert Hitch together with Joshua Hitch and Francis Lank of Somerset County planters his Securitys all present
her in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves indebted unto the afd. Mathew Hath in thirty pounds
Curt Money of Maryland on their bodies goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the
Said Mathew Hath his heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Robert Hitch do not
during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice to be a Marriner and to Read Write and Cypher as far as the Rule of
