afd. in ye Information afd. above specified be taken &c which said Acquilla Snelling
present here in Court as afd. is fined for ye. Premisses & offence afd. ye. sum of thirty
shillings Current money of Maryland which he paid here in Court to ye. use
of ye County &c.
Whereupon ye said Acquilla Snelling is ordered to give Sery to save & keep Indemnified ye. Justices
of Somerset County Court and their successors from all troubles burthens & Charges
that might Accrew by means of ye birth & maintainance of ye Child afd. thereupon ye.
said Acquilla Snelling with John Benston       of Somerset County Planter his
Sery both present here in Court in their Proper persons acknowledged themselves
Indebted unto his Lordship ye Right Honrble ye Lord Propry in Thirty Pounds Current
Money of Maryland of their Bodys Goods or Chattles Lands or Tenements Jointly
and severally to be made & Levied to ye. use of ye. Inhabitants of Somerset County
for ye. time being if it happen that ye. afd. Acquilla Snelling his heirs Exrs. or
admrs. or any or either of them do not from time to time and at all times
hereafter Acquit Discharge & save harmless as well ye. Justices of Somerset
County Court for ye. time being as also ye Inhabitants of said County of and from
all Costs Charges & troubles whatsoever for or by reason of ye. birth & maintain:
ance nourishing & bringing up of ye. said Child & of & from all other Suits
Troubles and Demands whatsoever touching & Concerning of ye. same &c.

Isaac Coulbourn appointed Cunstable of Annemessix Hundred for ye. Insuing Year
& Qualified According to Law    &c.

Jessey King appointed Cunstable of Monokin Hundred for ye. Insuing Year &
Qualified According to Law    &c.

Daniel Jones Junr. appointed Cunstable of Mony Hundred for ye. Insuing year &
Qualified According to Law    &c.

Thomas Dashiell appointed Cunstable of Nanticoke Hundred for ye. Insuing Year &
Qualified According to Law    &c.

Isaac Dashiell Qualified appointed Cunstable of Wicomoco Hundred for ye. Insuing
Year & Qualified According to Law    &c.

Wm. Tull appointed Cusntable of Pocomoke Hundred for ye. Insuing Year & Qualified
According to Law    &c.

Nehemiah King and Arnold Elzey appointed Presmaster's for ye. Insuing Year
