John Tillman    To the Worshipfull Justices of Somerset County the Petition of John Tillman of
Petition    Said County Humbly Sheweth that Whereas Your Petitioner is Posse'd
of a Tract of Land Called Gideons Luck the Bounds whereof are uncertain and precarious,
And the Evidences to prove the same old and Infirm, Your Petitioner therefore prays that your
Worships would appoint Commissioners to Examine the same, and to take Depositions of the
Same or of any Lands Whereon the same may Depend agreeable to Act of Assembly in Such
Case made and Provided and your Petitioner as in Duty bound will pray

Whereupon Came here into Court the aforesaid Petitioner in his proper person and
Thereupon the Petition afd. being read and heard and fully understood it is Considered
by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd. John Tillman as by the Petition afd.
is praid and that Levin Wilson Edward Waters Ephraim Wilson & William Fleming of
Somerset County Gentlemen be Commissioners and Execute &c. same Commission
according to Act of Assembly in Such Case made & provided &c.

Esterh Tull & Benton Harris    To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in
Petition    Court sitting    the Petition of Esther Tull and Benton Harris
Humbly Sheweth that your Petitioners is in Possession of part of a Tract of Land Called
Bear Point Containing five hundred acres of which your Petitioners Sold three hundred that
the Bounders whereof (which has heretofore been proveed & return thereof made to this Court)
is Since that been destroyed or is so far Decay'd that they are not Certain but as your Petitioners
is apprenhensive that they now Can prove the very place near where they stood Humbly
Prays that Commissioners may be appointed in order to Examine Witness's to prove and
Perpetuate the Bounds thereof or any other Land on which the same may Depend & Your
Petitioner as in duty Bound shall Ever pray
Whereupon Came here into Court the Aforesaid Petitioners in their Proper persons &
thereupon the Petition afd. being Read and heard and fully understood it is Considered
by the Court here that a Commission Issue to ye. afd. Esther Tull and Benton Harris
as by the Petition afd. is Praid and that Thomas Jones, Edward Waters, Jno. Pollet &
Littleton Dennis of Somerset County gentlemen be Commissions and Execute
the same Commission According to Act of Assembly in such Case made &
Provided & so forth

Sarah Cullin Chane    Sarah Cullin Chane an orphan of her own free Consent
Bound to    is bound out by the Court here An apprentice According to
Samuel Phebus    Act of Assembly in such Case made & provided unto Samll
Phibus of Somerset County Planter untill She the said Sarah Cullin Chane
Should arrive at ye Age of Sixteen Years the said Sarah Cullin Chane to Serve her
said Master the full term afd. during which term the said apprentice her said
Master well and faithfully she shall serve his secrets keep his Commandments
Lawfully and honestly every where willingly she shall doe & in all things as
