And ye. aforesaid John Roberson altho so forewarned being Solemnly Called to Shew
Cause Came not &c but made Default and upon this the said William Geddes
Prays Execution against ye. said John Roberson for ye. Damages afd. according
to ye. form and Effect of ye. Recovery aforesaid    Therefore it is Considered that the
Aforesaid William Geddes have Execution against ye. aforesaid John Roberson
for ye. Damages afd. in ye. Scire facias afd. mentioned According to ye. force form
And Effect of ye. Recovery afd. Also it is Considered that the afd. William

Pounds of Tobacco for his Costs and Charges sustained by means of ye. Delay
of ye. Excution of ye. Judgment afd. and that ye. afd. William Geddes have thereof
Execution &c.

Somerset fst    Know all Men by these presents that We Mary Quinton, Robert Brown
and David Cordary of Somerset County are held and firmly Bound unto Isabell
Quinton Jacob Quinton & Mary Quinton Representatives of Peter Quinton Decd.
in ye. full and Just sum of one hundred & thirty seven pounds ten shillings Current
Money of Maryland to be paid to ye. said Isabell, Jacob & Mary Quinton them or
any of them their or any of their Heirs Exrs. Admrs. or Assigns to the which payment
Well and truly to be made & Done We Bind ourselves and Each of us our and Each
of our Heirs Exrs. Admrs. for ye. for ye. Whole and in ye. Whole Joyntly and severally firmly
By these presents Sealed With our Seals Dated this 20th. Day of Augt. Anno Dom.
1760    The Condition of ye. above obligation is such that Whereas ye. Commisary
General hath Transmitted unto ye. Court the account of ye. Estate of Peter
Quinton Decd. Wherein it is found that there is a Ballance due to the above
Said Representatives the sum of sixty Eight Pounds fifteen Shillings & one
                                                  the
Farthing Current Money therefore if ^ above said Mary Quinton, Robert Brown
& David Cordery them or any of them their or any of their Heirs Exrs. Admrs.
Do and shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto ye. said abovesaid
Representatives ye. afd. sum of Sixty Eight Pounds fifteen shillings & one Farthing
Current Money to be Equally Divided According to Act of Assembly when they
shall arive at full age to Receive ye. same then the above obligation to be
Void Else to remain in full force & Virtue
