Orphans Bond	& Thomas Moore of Somerset County are held and firmly bound unto Ann

Dasheill Representative of Clement Dashiell dec^d. in the full and Just Sum of one hundred
and seventy pounds Cur^t Money of Maryland to be paid to the said Ann Dashiell her heirs
Ex^rs. adm^rs. or assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our-
-selves and each of us our and each of our heirs Ex^rs. adm^rs. for the whole and in the whole Joynt
-ly and severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and dated this XIII day of June
Anno Dom. 1763         The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the
Commissary General hath transmitted unto this court the account of the Estate of Clement
Dasheill dec^d. wherein it is found that there is a ballance due to the abovesaid Representative the
Sum of Eighty six pounds one shilling Farthing Cur^t. Money therefore if the abovesaid John
Adams, William Adams & Thomas Moore them or any of them their or any of their heirs Ex^rs.
adm^rs. do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the above said Representa-
-tive the afs^d. Sum of Eighty six pounds one shilling farthin Cur^t. Money according to act
of assembly and dec^ds. will when she shall arrive at full age to Receive the same then the
