against Alexr Maddox before me the subscriber the said Sum seventeen shils and six pence Debt and two shils. and six pence Cost of Warrant to be levied of youre bodyes goods or Chattels Lands or Tennements for the use of the said Dennis Dulaney not in case the said Alexr: Madox shall ^ pay and satisfy to the said Dennis Dulaney the said sum of Seventeen shils. and six pence and two shils. and six pence cost of wart. so as aforesaid Recover'd against him with the aditional Cost thereon on the Tenth day of Febry Next Taken this 23 day may 1763 by Wm Winder
the subscriber the said Sum of five shils. debt and 2/6 Cost of Warrent to be Levied of your bodyes good or Chattels Lands or Tennements for the use of the said Nehemiah Heatch in case the said John Greene shall not pay and satisfie to the said Nehemiah Heatch the said sum of five shils. Debt and two shils. and six pence Cost of Warrant So as aforesaid recover'd against him with the aditionall Cost thereon on the tenth day of Febry. Next Taken this 23 day May 1763 by Wm Winder

John Handy & Wm. Handy Children of Saml: Handy, and Thomas Handy Represen- -tatives of Stephen Handy decd. in the full and Just sum of thirty one pound Currt: be money of maryland to ^ paid to the said John Handy Son of Wm. Samuel Handy Mary Handy, Elizabeth Handy John Handy and William Handy Children of Samuel Handy & Thomas Handy them or any of them their or any of their heirs Exrs. admrs. or assigns to the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our selves and each of us our and each of our heirs Exrs. admrs. for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and severally firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals and dated this 22d. day of June Anno Dom. 1763 The Condition of the above obligation is such that Whereas the Commissary General hath transmitted unto this court the account of the Estate of Stephen Handy decd wherein it is found that there is a ballance due to the above Representatives the sum of fifteen pounds seven shillings and eight pence half penny Curt. Money therefore if the abovesaid John Selby Isaac Mitchel and Nehemiah Tilman them or any of them their or any of their heirs Exrs. admrs. do and shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the above said Representatives the afsd. Sum of fifteen pounds seven shillings and eight pence half penny |
