SW	Levin Ballard	Command was given to the sheriff of somerset County that he should take
	@	William Outterbridge Late of Somerset county house Carpenter if he should be

his body before the Justices of his Lordships county court of Somerset to be held at princess Ann Town the
third tuesday of June Anno Dom: one thousand seven hundred & sixty three to answer unto Levin Bal
-lard of a plea of trespass upon the case &^c: & the same day is given to the af^d Levin here & So Forth
And hereupon the af^d Levin Ballard complained against the afs^d William Outerbridge in the plea af^d
   form
in ^ following                                     Somerset fs^t William Outerbridge Late of Somerset County house
carpenter was attached to answer unto Levin Ballard of a plea of trespass upon the case and so forth
And Whereupon the said Levin by Samuel Wilson his Attorney complains that whereas the said Willi
-am at the county afs^d. on the second day of January in the year of our Lord God seventeen hundred
and sixty one was Indebted unto the said Levin in the sum of seven pounds nine shillings and eight
pence half penny current money of Maryland for the sundry matters and things in the account hereto
annexed mentioned and specify'd and so thereof Indebted being in consideration thereof afterwards to
wit the day and aforesaid at the county aforesaid upon himself did assume and to the said Levin then
and there faithfully promise that he the said William the said sum of Money to the said Levin when
afterwards he should be thereto required would well and faithfully pay and content yet the said
William his promise and assumption afs^d. so as afs^d. made not regarding but plotting and fraudu
-lently Intending the said Levin in that part craftily and subtilly to deceive and defraud the
said Sum of money or any part of it to the said Levin hath not paid or him for the same in any
sort contented but the same to him to pay hitherto hath refused and still doth refuse altho thereto
afterwards to wit the day and year afs^d. at the county afs^d. and often since by the said Levin required
to the damage of the said Levin in the sum of ten pounds Current money of maryland and there
