    E Exeptd. pr Shiles Moore
   Apposed to Eleven pounds Ten shillings and two pence Curt.
Money and not more and because the afsd. Shiles denies not this but the same Allegation grants To be true
prays Judgment for these damages above acknowledged together with his costs and charges afsd. to him to be
adjudged &c       Therefore by consent of the parties afsd. it is considered that the afsd. Shiles Moor Recover
against the afsd. John Records his damages afsd. To the afsd Eleven pounds ten shillings and two pence Current
Money by the same John in form afsd. acknowledged as also
271           pounds of Tobacco for his costs and charges to the same Shiles at his request by the court now here
of the assent of the parties afsd. adjudged which certain damages in the whole amount to Eleven pounds ten shil
-lings & Two pence Curt Money and                                     pounds of Tobacco and the afsd John in Mercy &c
