your petitioner prays that your worships would take it under your dearest consideration And or
-der that the main Road may go from the head of Tyasking along the new Road where your peti
-tioner has now cossawayd and your pettitioner as in duty Bound shall every pray
Whereupon came here into court the afd. Petioner in his proper person and thereupon the petiti
-on afd. being Read & Heard & fully understood it is considered by the court here that the afd. George Collier
be permitted to turn the said Road as by the petition afd. is prayd he first making the new Road as
good & passable as the old Road and the old Road Lay open untill the new Road be compleat

To the Worshipful the Justices of somerset county In court now Judicially sitting
Marcellus Hobbs    The petition of Marcellus Hobbs humbly showeth       That your petitioner
Petition    is possessed of part of a Tract of Land called Abington the bounders of which
said Tract are uncertain & disputable and the persons capable of proing the same Aged &
Infirm Your petitioner therefore humbly pray's that a commission may be granted and commi
-sioners appointed to prove the same or the bounders of any other Tract or Tracts of Land on
which they may depend And your petitioner as In duty bound shall Every pray &c Marcellus Hobbs
Whereupon came here into court the afd. petitioner in his proper person and thereupon the petition
afd. being read and heard and fully understood it is considered by the court here That a commission

William Howjen    To the Worshipful the Justices of somerset county in Cort now setting the petetion of Willi
Petition    am Howjen and Sarah his wife mos humbly sheweth that they are seized in fee of in
and to a Tract of Land called Harrises content the Bounds of which is become precarrus Humbly prays
Your worships will appoynt commissioners to examien Evidances in order that the Bounds of the
same Land may be perpetuated or the Bounds of any other Lands that the Bounds of the sd. Land may
or doth depend and your petitioners as in Dutty Bound shall every pray
Whereupon came here into court the afd. petitioner in his proper person and thereupon the petition afd.
being read and heard and fully understood it is considered by the court here That a commission
Issue to the afd. William Howjen as by the petition afd. is praid and that William Winder William
Murray George Handy & William Venables of somerset county gent be commissioners and Execute the
same commission according to act of assembly in such case provided &c.

Joshua Whittington
&    To the Worshipful Justices of somerset County    Joshua Whittington & Ephraim King hum
Ephraim Kings petition    bly sheweth that the main Road that leads down Rewastico Creek on the south side there
-of is a very bad road crossing a difficult Branch to pass in the winter season and is also very prejudicial to
the plantations of your petitioners They have cleared and ditched a better road that will be scarce any-
thing further to the publick and more convenient to them    They therefore pray your worships would
appoint such persons as you think proper to view the two roads and make Report that the old one may
be stopt and they will every pray                                                                        Joshua Whittington

Whereupon came here into court the afd. petitioners in their proper persons and thereupon the petition afd. being
read and heard & fully understood it is considered by the court here that the afd. Joshua Whittington & Ephraim
King be permitted to turn the said Road as by the petition afd. is praid they first making the new road as good
& passable as the old road and the old Road lay open until the new Road be compleat and that Geo Gale
& John Piper view the same & make Report to the court &c.
