November Court 1762 183 your petitioner prays that your worships would take it under your dearest consideration And or -der that the main Road may go from the head of Tyasking along the new Road where your peti -tioner has now cossawayd and your pettitioner as in duty Bound shall every pray Whereupon came here into court the afd. Petioner in his proper person and thereupon the petiti -on afd. being Read & Heard & fully understood it is considered by the court here that the afd. George Collier be permitted to turn the said Road as by the petition afd. is prayd he first making the new Road as good & passable as the old Road and the old Road Lay open untill the new Road be compleat
