Ordered that Elizabeth Hill and William Taylor Recover Against Eliner Oney Twenty four pounds
of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance Two days Each as Evidences on behalf of his Lordship
Against the Said Elinor Oney they haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

   Ordered that John Roach Recover Against William Roach forty Eight pounds of Tobacco being due unto him
for his Attendance Two days as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship Against the Said William Roach he haveing
made Oath to the Same &c.

                Ordered that Teague Riggen Recover Against John Tompson forty Eight pounds of
Tobacco being due unto him for his Attendance Two days as an Evidence on behalf of the Said John Tompson Against
Elias White he haveing made Oath to the Same &c.

Ordered that Elizth. Riggen Recover Against Samuel Miles Seventy Two pounds of tobacco being due unto her for
her Attendance three days as an Evidence on behalf of the Said Samuel Miles Against Daniell Cullen he
haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

   Ordered that Sarah Johnson Recover Against Daniel Cullen forty Eight Pounds of Tobacco being due unto him
for her Attendance Two days as an Evidence on behalf of the Said Daniel Cullen Against Samuel Miles he
haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered that George Pollet, Thomas Lokey and William Hath Recover Against Wilson Hath One hundred
and Ninty Two pounds of Tobacco that is to Say Seventy Two pounds of tobacco to George Pollit & Thos. Lokey Each and forty Eight
pounds of tobacco to William Hath for their Attendance Eight days that is to Say George Pollet & Thos. Lokey three days Each &
William Hath Two days as Evidences on behalf of the Said Wilson Hath Against Solomon Pockam he haveing made
Oath to the Same &c.

      Ordered that James Turner Recover Against Samuel Miles forty Eight pounds of Tobacco being due unto
him for his Attendance Two days as an Evidence on behalf of the Said Samuel Miles Against the afd. Daniell
Cullin he haveing Made Oath to the Same &c.

   Ordered that William Riggen and Henry Lord Recover Against Rachell Daugherty Twenty four pounds
of Tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance One day Each as Evidences on behalf of the Said Rachell
Daugherty Against John Williams he haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered that Wm. Riggen Recover Against John Daugherty Twenty four pounds of Tobacco being due unto him for
his Attendance One Day as an Evidence on behalf of the Said John Daugherty Against Ezekiell Benson he
haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

   Ordered that Nathaniel Daugherty Recover Against Rachell Daugherty forty Eight pounds of tobacco
being due unto him for his Attendance Two days as an Evidence on behalf of the Said Rachell Daugherty
Against John Williams he haveing Made Oath to the Same &c.

   Ordered that George Levingston Recover Against Smith Horsey Ninty Six pounds of tobacco being
due unto him for his Attendance four days as an Evidence on behalf of the Said Smith Horsey Against
Cornelius Ward and Cornelius Ward Jur. he haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

   Ordered that George Levingston Recover Against Smith Horsey Ninty Six pounds of tobacco being
due unto him for his Attendance four days as an Evidence on behalf of the Said Smith Horsey Against
Samuel Adams and Samuel Marshall he haveing Made Oath to the Same &c

   Ordered that Stephen Horsey and Smith Horsey Recover Against Samuel Horsey forty Eight pounds
of tobacco Each being due unto them for their Attendance two days Each as Evidences on behalf of
the Said Samuel Horsey Against John Jordine they haveing Made Oath to the Same

@    Command was given unto the sheriff of Somerset County that he should take Southy Wheeler late of Som
GH    Southy Wheeler    erset County painter if he should be found in his Bailywick and him should safe keep so that he might
have his Body before the Justices of his Lordships county court of somerset to be held at princess Ann Town the third tuesday
of March Anno Dom. one thousand seven hundred and sixty two to answer unto William Allen & Littleton Dennis of a plea
of trespass upon the case and so forth and the same Day is given to the afd. Allen and Dennis here &c
Att which day here came the afd. Allen & Dennis by Josiah Polk their Attorney and the sheriff to witt Ephraim Wilson now here
returned that he had taken the afd. Southy Wheeler whose body here at this day he had ready to answer the afd. Allen & Dennis of the afd. plea
Whereupon the afd. Southy Wheeler at the prayer of the afd. Allen & Dennis is adjudged to give special Bail to the action afd.
Thereupon a certain William Adams present here in court in his proper person undertook for the said Southy Wheeler and assumed upon him
self that if it should happen that Judgement in the Plea afd. should be rendered for the said Allen & Dennis against the afd. Southy Wheeler

or that the afd. Southy should be therein Convict that then he the said ^ should pay and satisfy unto the afd. Allen & Dennis the Judgement of the
court thereupon or render his Body in Execution of such Judgement to the prison of the sheriff of somerset county in satisfaction thereof or that he the
