August Court 1762 175 Depositions thereto annexed July the thirteenth 1762 Then Came Thomas Gilliss and Marthew Cannon before me the subscriber and was qualifyd. to Execute the within Commission agreeable to an Act of Assembly in Such case made and provided before Ephraim King Be it Remembred That whereas the worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County by their Commission to us Directed bearing date the Eighteenth day of June 1762 for the Examining of Evidences to Perpetuate the Boundaries of a Certain Tract of Land Called Castle Haven Lying on wecomoco River part in the possession of John Readish and in Obedience to the said Commission after being duly quallified as the Law directs we Proceeded to Advertise the time of Meating on the Said Land for the Executing the said Commission and Accordingly Appointed the Seventh day of August 1762 at which time we met on the said Land Called Castle Haven and took the following Depositions Vizt
