August Court 1762 173 Representatives of John Nichols deceased in the full and Just Sum of Six hundred and Eighty four pounds thirteen Shillings Current money of Maryland to be paid to the said Ann, Mary, and Pricilla Nichols then or any of then their or any of their heirs Exrs. Admrs. or Assigns to the which payment well and Truly to be made and done we Bind ourselves and Each of us our and Each of our heirs Executors administrators for the Whole Joyntly and Severally firm by these Presents Sealed with our with our Seals and dated this 17th. day of August Anno Dom. 1762 The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that whereas the Commis: :sary General Hath Transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of John Nichols Deceased wherein it is found that there is a Ballance due to the abovesaid Representatives the sum of three Hundred and forty Two pounds Six Shillings and Six pence Current money therefore if the abovesaid Mary Nichols, Nicholas Evans and Thomas Dashiells them or any of them their or any of their heirs Exrs. Administrators do and well and Truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the Abovesaid Represen: :tatives the afd: Sum of three Hundred and Forty Two pounds Six Shillings and Six pence Current money According to Act of Assembly when they Shall arrive at full age to Receive the same then the above Obligation to be void Else to remain in full force and Virtue
