Grant to be true pray Judgment for those Damages Above Acknowledged together with his Costs and Charges afd. to him
to be Adjudged &c. Therefore by Consent of the parties afd. it is Considered that the afd. James Mills and John Eden Recover
Against William Baly his Damages afd. to the afd. four pound Eighteen Shillings and three pence Curt Money by the Same
William in form afd. Acknowledged as also Pounds of Tobacco for his Costs and
Charges afd. to the Same James and John at his Request by the Court now here of the Assent of the parties afd.
Adjudged which Certain Damages in the Whole Amount to four pound Eighteen Shillings and three pence Curt Money

Somerset fst Know all men by these Presents that we Rebecca Thomas Isaac
Newman and John McGraw of Somerset are held and firmly Bound unto
Rebecca Thomas
^ Elissabeth Thomas, Ann Thomas, and George Thomas Representatives of
Sum
James Thomas deceased in the full and Just ^ fifty four Pounds Current
Money of Maryland to be paid to the said Rebecca Elisabeth Ann and
George Thomas them or any of them their or any of their heirs Executors
Administrators or Assigns to the which payment well and Truly to be
made and done we bind our Selves and Each of us our and Each
of our heirs Executors Administrators for the Whole and in the Whole
Joyntly and Severally firmly by these Presents Sealed Sealed with our
Seal and dated this 18th. day of August anno Dom. 1762
The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Comissary
Centeral Hath Transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of James
Thomas Deceased Wherein it is found that there is a Ballance due to the Abovesaid
Representatives the Sum of Twenty Six Pounds Nineteen Shillings and Ten pence
fore
three farthings Current money there ^ if the Abovesaid Rebecca Thomas, Isaac Newman
and John McGraw them or Any of them their or Any of their heirs Executors Admini:
:strators do and Shall well and Truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the abovesaid
Representatives the afd. sum of Twenty Six Pounds Nineteen Shillings and
Ten pence three farthings Current money According to act of Assembly when
they Shall Arrive at full age to Receive the same then the above Obligation
to be Void Else to Remain in full force and Virtue
