Little usk at the County afd. did break and Enter and fifty Oak trees of the Value of fifty pounds Curt Money of Maryland
then therein Growing did Cut down and Carry away and other harms to the Said Rachell then and there did to the Great
Damage of the Said Rachell And Against Our peace that now is &c. And the Same day is Given to the afd. Rachell
here &c       Att which day here Came the afd. Rachell Daugherty by Saml. Wilson his Atty and the Sheriff to witt
John Dennis Gent now here Returned that he had taken the afd. John Williams whose body here at this day he had
Read to Answer the afd. Rachell of the afd. plea as to him it was Commanded
           Whereupon the Said John Williams puts in his place Littleton Dennis Gent Attorney at Law
Against the afd. Rachell Daugherty of the afd. plea
           And thereupon at the prayer of the parties afd. day is to them now here Given untill next Court to
be held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of November then Next following in the State that now
Saveing to the Parties afd. &c.    Att which day here Came the parties afd. by their Attorneys afd. And hereupon
the Said Rachell Complained Agst. the afd. John in the plea afd. in form following
Somerset fst John Williams Late of Somerset County Ship Wright was Attached to Answer unto
Rachell Daugherty of A plea wherefore with force and Arms the Close of the Said Rachell Called Little
Usk at the County afd. did break and Enter and fifty Oak trees of the Value of fifty pounds Curt Money of Maryland
then therein Growing did Cut down and Carry Away and Other harms to the Said Rachell then and there
did to the Great damage of the Said Rachell And Against the peace of the Right Honrble the Lord
Propry that now is his Good Rule and Government &c
        And Whereupon the Said Rachell by Samuel Wilson her Attorney Complains that the Said
John on the tenth day of May Anno Dom. MDCCLX at the County afd. with force and Arms the Close of the
Said Rachell Called Little Usk did break and Enter and fifty Oak trees of the Value of fifty pounds Curt Money
of Maryland then and there Growing did Cut down and Carry Away and Other harms to the Said Rachell then &
there did to the Great damage of the Said Rachell And Against the peace the peace of his Lordship the
Right Honrble the Lord Propry that now is his Good Rule and Government &c. Whereupon the Said Rachell
Says She is Worse and hath Damage to the Value of One hundred pounds Curt Money of Maryland and
thereof She brings Suit &c.                                                         Pledges &c. J: Doe & R: Roe
   And the afd. John Williams by his Attorney afd. Comes and defends the force and Injury when &c. And prays
Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court to be held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of March
then next following and he hath it and the Same day is Given to the afd. Rachell here also &c
           Att which day here Came as well the afd. John Willi Rachell Daugherty as the afd. John Williams
by their Attorneys afd. And hereupon the Said John Prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next
Court to be held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of June then next following and he hath it and the Same
day is Given to the afd. Rachell here also &c
           Att which day here Came as well the afd. Rachell Daugherty as the afd. John Williams by their
Attorneys afd. And hereupon the Said John prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court to be
held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of August then next following and he hath it and the Same day is Given
to the afd. Rachell here also &c
             Att which day here Came as well the afd. Rachell Daugherty as the afd. John Williams by
their Attorneys afd. And hereupon the Said John prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court to
be held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of November then next following and he hath it and the
