that the Said Joseph Venables Guardian as afd. his heirs Exrs. and Admrs. do not Comply with the Law in Relation to
Such Guardianship as afd. and do not deliver up unto the afd. Orphan his heirs Exrs. or Admrs. Guardian or Guardians
all the Estate personall of the Said Orphan that he Shall take into his hands and possession peaceably and Quietly
whenever the Same Should be Legally Required &c

Wm. Robins    William Robins an Orphan of his Own free Consent is bound out by the Court here an
   bound to    Apprentice According to Act of Assembly in Such Case provided unto William Robins of Somerset
Levi Robins    County Ship Carpinter untill he the Said William Robins Should Arrive at the Age of Twenty one
Years the Said William Robins to Serve his Said Master the full term afd. during which term the Said
Apprentice his Said Master well and faithfully he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully
and honestly Everywhere willingly he Shall doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall
demean himself towards his Said Master and all his during the term afd.    In Consideration of Which Service
the Said Levi Robins present here in Court in his proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same
Court in Court Judicially Sitting in Manner and form following that is to Say that he the Said Levi Robins
Shall and Will during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Ship Carpinter and Navigation
through Marcato Sailing and at the Expiration of his Servitude Give him a New Suit of Cloaths of Broad
Cloath Over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice
meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd.
      Whereupon the Said Levi Robins is Ordered to Give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd.
Thereupon the Said Levi Robins with Nehemiah Tilman and George Baly of Somerset County planters
his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the
afd. William Robins in the Sum of thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland of their bodys Goods or Chattles
Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said William Robins his heirs and Assigns to
be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Levi Robins do not during the term afd. Learn his Said
Apprentice the trade of a Ship Carpinter and Navigation So far as through Marcato Sailing and at the
Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him a New Suit of Cloaths of Broad Cloath over and above his
Common Wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice Meat drink
washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such and Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd. &c.

Natl Thrift    Nathaniel Thrift of Somerset County Inholder Came here into Court in his proper person and prays
Lycence to keep    that he may be permitted to keep an Ordinary or house of Entertainment in the County afd. for the use &
tavern    Conveniency of Travellers and Strangers as to them Respectively Shall Seem meet which is by the
Court hereunto him Granted he Giveing Security as the Law directs to keep Good Rules and Orders in his Ordinary or
house of Entertainment as afd. &c. Whereupon the Said Obediah Disharoon and Joshua Hitch of Somerset County
planters his Securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his
Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry of the province of Maryland in thirty pounds Curt Money of Maryland
of their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his Said Lordship his
heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Nathaniel Thrift do not keep Good Rules
And Orders and do Suffer Idle Loose and disorderly persons to Tipple Game and Commit disorders or Other
Irregularitys in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment Contrary to the true Intent and Meaning of the Act of
Assembly in Such Case provided &c.

John Blair    John Blair and Orphan Above the Age of fourteen Years Came here into Court in his proper
Chose David Dredon    person and prays that he may be permitted to Chose a Certain David Dredon of Somerset County
his Guardian    as his Guardian which is by the Court here unto him Granted &c. Thereupon the Said John Blair
present here in Court as afd. Made Choice of the afd. David Dredon as his Guardian Accordingly    Whereupon
the Said David Dredon is Ordered by the Court here to take into his Care and possession the afd. Orphan and all his
Estate Real and personal and further it is ordered that a Certain Elisha Brittingham of Somerset County deliver up unto
