August Court 1762 154 that the Said Joseph Venables Guardian as afd. his heirs Exrs. and Admrs. do not Comply with the Law in Relation to Such Guardianship as afd. and do not deliver up unto the afd. Orphan his heirs Exrs. or Admrs. Guardian or Guardians all the Estate personall of the Said Orphan that he Shall take into his hands and possession peaceably and Quietly whenever the Same Should be Legally Required &c
Apprentice his Said Master well and faithfully he Shall Serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfully and honestly Everywhere willingly he Shall doe and in all things as a good and faithfull Apprentice he Shall demean himself towards his Said Master and all his during the term afd. In Consideration of Which Service the Said Levi Robins present here in Court in his proper person Covenanteth with the Justices of the Same Court in Court Judicially Sitting in Manner and form following that is to Say that he the Said Levi Robins Shall and Will during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Ship Carpinter and Navigation through Marcato Sailing and at the Expiration of his Servitude Give him a New Suit of Cloaths of Broad Cloath Over and above his Common wearing Cloaths and Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such an Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd. Whereupon the Said Levi Robins is Ordered to Give Security to Comply with the Covenants afd. Thereupon the Said Levi Robins with Nehemiah Tilman and George Baly of Somerset County planters his Securitys all present herein Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto the afd. William Robins in the Sum of thirty Pounds Curt Money of Maryland of their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of the Said William Robins his heirs and Assigns to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Levi Robins do not during the term afd. Learn his Said Apprentice the trade of a Ship Carpinter and Navigation So far as through Marcato Sailing and at the Expiration of his Servitude do not Give him a New Suit of Cloaths of Broad Cloath over and above his Common Wearing Cloaths and do not Likewise find and provide for his Said Apprentice Meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing Sufficient for Such and Apprentice to have and wear during the term afd. &c.

Whereupon planters his Securitys all present here in Court in their proper persons Acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the Right Honrble the Lord Propry of the province of Maryland in thirty pounds Curt Money of Maryland of their bodys Goods or Chattles Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied if it happen that the Said Nathaniel Thrift do not keep Good Rules And Orders and do Suffer Idle Loose and disorderly persons to Tipple Game and Commit disorders or Other Irregularitys in his Ordinary or house of Entertainment Contrary to the true Intent and Meaning of the Act of Assembly in Such Case provided &c.
