Somerset fst We the Subscribers two of the persons Appointed in the within Commission to Examine Evidences in
Relation to the bounds of the Land therein mentioned do hereby Certify that being thereto Qualified and having
Given the proper Notice According to Law we met on the Said Lands on the 25th of April Anno Dom. 1760 and
took the depositions hereto Annexed                 Witness our hands and Seals

William Frasure of Somerset County in the Province of Maryland Aged About
thirty Years being Sworn on the holy Evangelists of Almighty God deposeth as followeth that about Seven Years
Ago Cannon Winright now deceased brought him to this Stump where we now are and told him it was a stump of
a White Oak that was a Bounder of his Land and further Saith not

   Samuell Fluellin of the County afd. Aged about Sixty four years being Sworn on the holy Evangelists of
Almighty God deposeth as followeth that about Eight or Nine Years ago he was with Cannon Winright &
William Polk at a White Oak Stump and that the Said Winright told him it was the first bounder of his
Land and this Deponant Saith that at a Very Small distance from the Said Stump there Stood a Marked Gum
which the Said Winright told him was marked in the Room of the Said Stump and Likewise as a Divisionall tree
between him and William Nelson which Gum and Stump this deponant Saith he believes to be those we
Are now at and further this Deponant Saith not                                  Samuel Fluellin
   David Hopkins of the County afd. Aged About forty Years being Sworn on the holy Evangelis of Almighty God
deposeth as follows that about Eleven or twelve Years Ago Cannon Winright now deceased brought him to
A marked Black Gum which he things is the Same we are now at and that the Said Winright told him it was
Marked as a divisionall tree between him and William Nelson and pointing with his hand Said Just there
Stood my Bounder by which this deponant Saith he Apprehended it to be but a Little distance from the Said Gum
And further this deponant Saith not                                                           David Hopkins
      William Nelson of the County afd. Aged About Sixty Years being Sworn on the holy Evangels of Almighty
God deposeth that the Gum mentioned in the within Depositions and which we are now at is the Gum that he &
Cannon Winright now deceased had Agreed to be the beginning tree of the division made between them to Abide by
which division there past Bonds between them and further Saith not

   James Winright of the County afd. Aged About forty Years being Sworn on the holy Evangelists of Almighty
God deposeth as follows that he heard his father Cannon Winright ask William Nelson to go with him and
he would Shew him where his first bounder had Stood and that they would Carry a Company of Young men who
were Present and Mark Another tree in the Room of it but that the Said Nelson Refused to Go and
this deponant further Saith that about Eleven or twelve Years ago his father brought Patrick Coturmus
George Sharp, David Hopkins, and him this Deponant to this Gum in order to Run the Line between him
and William Nelson and told him the Said Gum was Marked in the Room of his first bounder and pointing
a Little distance with his hand Said there Stood my first bounder and further this deponant Saith not

a Ditch

John Rigsby    Somerset fst Know all men by these presents that we William Ballard Arnold Elzey Sr &
Orphan Bond    Robert Elzey of Somerset County are held and firmly bound unto Elizabeth Rigsby Sarah
Rigsby and Mary Rigsby Representatives of John Rigsby decd. in the full and Just Sum of three hundred
thirty one pound Nine Shillings and four pence Curt Money of Maryland to be paid to the Said Elizabeth Sarah
and Mary Rigsbys Them or Any of them their or Any of their heirs Exrs. Admrs. or Assigns to the which payment
well and truly to be made and done we bind our Selves and Each of us our and Each of our heirs Exrs. Admrs. for the
Whole and in the Whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and dated this
16th day of June Anno Dom. 1762 The Condition of the above Obligation is Such that Whereas the Commissary
Generall hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of John Rigsby decd. wherein it is found that
there is a Ballance due to the abovesaid Representatives the Sum of One hundred and Sixty five pounds fourteen
