And the afd. John White prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court to be held at Princes Ann Town the
third Tuesday of June then next following and he hath it and the Same day is given to the afd. Samuel here also &c
      Att which day here Came the parties afd. by their Attorneys afd. And hereupon the Said John White
prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court to be held at Princes Ann Town the third
Tuesday of August then next following and he hath it and the Same day is Given to the afd. Samuel here
also &c.       Att which day here Came as well the afd. John White as the afd. Samuel Murray by their
Attorneys afd. And hereupon the Said John White prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next
Court to be held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of November then next following and he hath it and
the Sane day is given to the afd. Samuel here also &c
        Att which day here Came as well the afd. John White as the afd. Samuel Murray by their Attys
afd. And hereupon the Said John White prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court to be
held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of March then next following and he hath it and the Same day
is Given to the afd. Samuel here also &c
   Att which day here Came as well the afd. John White as the afd. Samuel Murray by their Attorneys
afd. And hereupon the Said John White prays further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court to be
held at Princes Ann Town the third Tuesday of June then next following and he hath it and the Same day
is Given to the afd. Samuel here also &c.

      Att which day here Came as well the afd. John White as the afd. Samuel Murray by their Attorneys afd.
And thereupon the Said Samuel prays that the Said John may Answer to his plea afd. And thereupon Day is Given to
the afd. John White untill the Third Tuesday in January next to Answer unto the afd. Samuels plea And the Said John
White at the Same day Solemnly Called does not Come nor further prosecute his Writt afd. Against the afd. Samuel
but Makes default    Therefore it is Considered that the Said John White Take nothing by his Writt afd. but
that he and his Pledges of Prosecuting to witt John Doe & Richard Roe be for that in Marcy And the Said
Samuel Goe thereof without day &c. And further it is Considered by the Court that the Said Samuel Murray
177   Recover Against the afd. John White                                                    Pounds of Tobacco for his Costs and
Charges by him about his defence in this behalf Sustained to the Same Samuel by the Court here According to
form of the Statute in Such Case Lately made and provided Adjudged &c. And the Said Samuel have
thereof Execution &c.
